Tuition Deposit
Tuition Deposit of $100 – Students attending the residential campus are required to submit a non-refundable tuition deposit of $100. The deposit is applied to tuition upon registration. Online campus students are not required to submit a tuition deposit.
Housing Advance Reservation Fee of $150 - The non–refundable housing fee of $150 is required of all students desiring housing on campus (including both residence halls and on-campus apartments). Housing assignments are made only for students who have paid the tuition deposit and housing fee. Assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
You can make your Tuition Deposit and Housing Fee payments by clicking the Tuition Deposit and Housing Fee button. You will be redirected to your Colleague Self Service homepage. Please login using your LETU credentials, select the Student Finance Card, and then select Make a Payment (right hand side of the screen) and follow the prompts. You will then be redirected to Touchnet.
There will be a Deposits tab at the top of the home page of Touchnet. You will select the term the deposit/fee is for and then the deposit/fee type. You will make these payments separately.

All Other Students
Tuition payments processed online will be made through your Touchnet portal. Students opting to make payment by Debit or Credit Card will incur a 2.95% convenience fee as part of the transaction (Minimum fee $3). There will be no convenience fee for ACH payments.
When clicking the Tuition and Fees Payment button above, you will be redirected to your Colleague Self Service homepage. Please login using your LETU credentials, select the Student Finance Card, and then select Make a Payment (right hand side of the screen) and follow the prompts. You will then be redirected to Touchnet.
For payments made by parties other than the student, an Authorized User will need to be added by the student. This can be initiated by selecting Authorized User on the Touchnet homepage.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENT PAYMENTS:
For payments not using US Dollars, LeTourneau offers two options:
International student payments can be made through Touchnet/Transfermate. You can make payment by clicking the blue button at the top of this page titled “Tuition & Fees Payment”. This will take you to Touchnet and you will be directed to Transfermate.
FlyWire – LeTourneau University also partners with FlyWire to make international payments safe and easy. You can begin the process by creating an account at www.flywire.com/pay/letu and FlyWire will walk you through the process of initiating the wire transfer through your home bank.
Both options allow you to pay from almost every country and offer excellent foreign exchange rates. You will be able to track the progress of your payment throughout the transfer process using a student dashboard and will receive notification by email when your payment is received by LETU.
